During my time managing Red Baron\u2019s social media,<\/strong> I created, posted and moderated engagement on 2500 + <\/strong>posts\/reels. I helped transform their online presence, growing their Instagram from 2,200 followers to over 80,000 followers<\/strong> and driving the account reach to an average of 15 million accounts per quarter. With 70% of organic sales coming directly from social media<\/strong>, it became a major revenue driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my most successful initiatives was an intensive content schedule<\/strong> of 90 posts per month<\/strong> (three per day). In just three months, this approach added 16,000 new followers<\/strong>, boosted organic engagement, and maximized reach during peak sales periods. This engagement directly supported my paid Black Friday and Christmas campaigns<\/strong> across Meta and Google, amplifying the impact of the paid advertising (Black Friday 2024 was their best-performing paid campaign to date).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
