Ride Around the Lake is a recreational cycle for Charity. Each May, hundreds of people ride around the picturesque lake Illawarra to raise money for charity.
Having assisted in 2015 as a Graphic Designer and videographer, I was honoured to be selected to lead media and communications for the event in 2016 and again in 2017.
Across the three years I worked on the event, I created many different posters and print designs. Here are some of my favourite
Supporting Homeless Youth
These signs were placed all over the community in the lead-up to the 2015 event to raise awareness and encourage participation.
2015 Poster Design
In 2015, I created this poster using the circular branding to highlight important event sponsors and key event information.
Kids Poster
A kid-focused variation of the primary posters that was designed to be visually different but still meet brand guidelines.
2017 Poster Design
I designed this poster for the 2017 event, simplifying the circular logo design, highlighting the primary sponsor Colliers International and conveying important event information.
Ride Map
I created a visually appealing map for the event that could be used to help riders on the day as well as in preparation for the event.
