From 2017 to 2025, I led Red Baron’s social media strategy, growing Instagram from 2,200 to over 80,000 followers and driving an average reach of 15 million accounts per quarter. With 70% of organic sales coming directly from social media, my work turned online engagement into a primary revenue driver.
I developed a compelling content strategy, using Instagram Stories to provide behind-the-scenes insights, influencer collaborations to expand reach, and an intensive posting schedule to maximize engagement. My efforts also enhanced paid advertising performance, contributing to Red Baron’s best-ever Black Friday campaign in 2024.
